Job Description: CRM Assistant at Karen Millen
Join our dynamic marketing team as a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Assistant. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you'll support the delivery of engaging customer communications across email and app platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Email & Push Notification Build: Support the creation, setup, and scheduling of BAU, lifecycle, and loyalty email and push notification campaigns, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
2. Campaign Support: Assist with briefing and preparing campaign assets, following established workflows for smooth delivery across all markets.
3. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks on campaigns before launch, identifying and fixing errors.
4. Reporting & Data: Pull performance data weekly and monthly, presenting findings in an easy-to-understand format for the team.
5. Testing Support: Assist with setting up tests and recording results as part of the test-and-learn plan.
6. Trend Monitoring: Keep track of competitor CRM activities and note interesting trends or approaches.
7. Team Support: Provide daily assistance to keep projects organized and on track.
