We are seeking a Finance Assistant to support our Marketplace and Dropship business within the new Digital Commercial Department. You will act as the liaison between internal teams and our marketplace and dropship partners, providing an exciting opportunity for career development, finance learning, and business ownership.
Your responsibilities include:
* Tracking incoming/outgoing payments and following up on missing payments
* Understanding and improving current processes
* Supporting payments reconciliation
* Serving as the liaison between accounts, treasury, digital commercial teams, and partners
* Providing reporting and overviews to managers and the broader business
* Supporting dropship brands with payment queries and issue resolution
* Producing ad-hoc reports and handling administrative tasks
