You will be part of the front facing team at our iconic property, The Shangri-La Hotel, The Shard.
For this role of Door Person, you must have a full clean driving licence as you will be accountable for the safe maneuveringof vehicles in and around the hotel.
As part of the front facing door team at our iconic property, you understand the importance of first impressions, professionalism, and integrity. You should display a warm and welcoming personality, always leaving a positive and lasting impression to our guests.

You should have credible experience in a front facing customer focussed environment
You can demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and adaptability throughout your work history
As you will be liaising with guests from around the world you will need to be fluent in both written and spoken English
Your previous work experience will showcase your confidence in a fast-paced environment, always maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude
You will provide yourself on having an immaculate appearance representing our brand and hotel to the highest of standards
