In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change. About the Role You'll be providing two-to-one, person-centred care to a woman living with a spinal cord injury. She's described as outgoing and friendlyand she's looking for someone to support her with things like: Trips out into the community Online shopping Day trips and social activities You'll also help with aspects of her personal and clinical care, including: Personal care Medication support Moving and handling Bowel management Use of a cough assist device No experience? No problem! Full specialist training will be provided, including shadow shifts with experienced team members. ? A full clean UK driving licence is ideal, as you'll be asked to drive the client's adapted vehicle. Own transport essential due to the client's rural location.
