Live in Support Worker 2 weeks on 2 weeks off rota

We're looking for kind, reliable, and caring people to join our team and support a lovely lady with complex health needs in her home just outside Worcester, in the peaceful village of Upton Snodsbury.
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change.
? About the Role
You'll be providing two-to-one, person-centred care to a woman living with a spinal cord injury. She's described as outgoing and friendlyand she's looking for someone to support her with things like:
* Trips out into the community
* Online shopping
* Day trips and social activities
You'll also help with aspects of her personal and clinical care, including:
Personal care
Medication support
Moving and handling
Bowel management
Use of a cough assist device
No experience? No problem! Full specialist training will be provided, including shadow shifts with experienced team members.
? A full clean UK driving licence is ideal, as you'll be asked to drive the client's adapted vehicle.
Own transport essential due to the client's rural location.
