We are looking for kind, compassionate Registered Nurses to join our committed care home teams at HC-One – The Kind Care Company. Responsibilities
* Practice as a Registered Nurse in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.
* Make a difference for Residents at a time when they may feel vulnerable, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions.
* Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and model professional behaviours.
* Advocate for and deliver a person-centred approach to care for Residents and their families.
* Recognise safeguarding concerns, undertake safeguarding training, and know how to seek advice or escalate actions if needed.
Qualifications
* Be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
* Hold a valid NMC PIN and demonstrate commitment to professional standards of practice.
* Understand the importance of effective communication and professional behaviour.
* Have a passion for mentoring others and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
* Be able to recognise safeguarding concerns and undertake appropriate reporting and escalation where required.
