Business Managers, Qualifications (3 posts) Permanent £73k-£78k CCEA places itself at the heart of the Northern Ireland community, with a remit that includes the development of the school curriculum, regulating qualifications and conducting examinations and assessment. These posts present opportunities to take on a senior management role in CCEA at a time of significant change within the education sector and lead the modernisation agenda in their respective area, optimising the use of technology. Business Manager, Qualifications (Operations) The post-holder will be responsible for all operational aspects of examinations delivery. Business Manager, Qualifications (Standards) The post-holder will be responsible for all aspects of setting and maintaining examination standards including question paper development and production, research and data science, and all qualifications technical support. Business Manager, Qualifications (Delivery) The post-holder will be responsible for the successful delivery of CCEAs qualifications each year in line with the General Conditions of Recognition, providing strategic and operational advice to CCEA Council and the Department of Education and the development of new qualifications in line with national policy.
