We are looking for an experienced manager to join our Anti-Social Behaviour Team.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of managing teams and delivering services in the fields of tackling anti-social behaviour (asb), community safety, tenancy enforcement or similar.
They will be responsible for ensuring that Sheffield has a high-quality, continually improving and victim-focused anti-social behaviour service.
Working under the Anti-Social Behaviour Service Manager, the post holder will be responsible for managing a team of officers and ensuring positive outcomes for those affected by asb.
The Anti-Social Behaviour Team comprises of Anti-Social Behaviour Resolution Officers responsible for managing, investigating, and resolving serious/complex asb issues; uniformed Sustainable Communities Officers, who provide a visible presence in communities experiencing asb; and Anti-Social Behaviour Support Officers who provide specialist guidance, back-office support, advice and training. The Operations and Development Manager will have responsibility for and/or involvement in all these areas of our service.
