Key Responsibilities
You will rotate through the different sections of the kitchen and support and assist the senior chefs in bringing the recipes to life.
Person Specification
1. Experience as a Chef in a fresh food environment.
2. Strong cooking skills with excellent attention to detail.
3. NVQ in Food Preparation and a great passion for cooking and food.
4. Confident communicator – important to liaise with other team members both front and back of house.
5. Ability to manage your own time.
6. Organised, calm and professional during service.
