Job Description:
Booker Group is recruiting for a Technical Standards and Compliance Controller. This senior role in the Booker Technical team is responsible for creating and maintaining technical policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with legislative, company standards, and requirements aligned with Tesco. The role directly manages the technical and quality assurance teams.

Requirements
* Food-related degree.
* Proven project management skills and success in delivering change programs.
* Excellent team management and customer focus.
* Strong communication, technical documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Commercial acumen and experience in food or non-food environments.
* Ability to manage risk and crises calmly and pragmatically.
* Deep understanding of technical food and non-food standards.
* Consistent track record of results delivery.
