The Role:
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day and commercial performance of the practice, including:
* Driving revenue growth and treatment conversion
* Leading and motivating a high-performing team
* Delivering an exceptional patient journey
* Managing KPIs, compliance, and operational efficiency
* Building a positive, accountable culture within the practice
* Working alongside clinicians to maximise performance and patient satisfaction
This role would suit someone who enjoys ownership, accountability, and being recognised for delivering results.
About You:
* Previous experience as a Practice Manager within a UK private dental practice
* Strong commercial awareness and leadership ability
* Confidence managing KPIs, targets, and team performance
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong understanding of CQC compliance
* A polished and professional approach suited to a premium patient demographic
* Full right to work in the UK
