You’ll oversee patrols, monitor CCTV and access control, manage incidents, complete reports, and liaise with site management — ensuring smooth and professional site operations at all times. ️ Key Responsibilities Supervising and leading a team of security officers Managing incidents and ensuring correct response procedures Conducting patrols and compliance checks Completing accurate reports and documentation Liaising with management and emergency services ✅ Maintaining high standards of security and professionalism ✅ Essential Requirements ⭐ Proven supervisory experience within the security industry (essential) Valid SIA Licence Strong leadership and communication skills Good IT and report writing skills Ability to work both day and night shifts Must be able to obtain SC Clearance Must be a British-born citizen (due to clearance requirements) Must be able to provide a 5-year checkable work history Professional, reliable, and confident in managing a team
