CRM Marketing Manager – Salary circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience)

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join Aviva’s Direct Wealth CRM team. You’ll work in an agile squad to design and deliver multi‑channel CRM strategies—using email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail—to drive engagement and promote our Direct Wealth proposition (Pensions, ISAs, Savings, and Investment Accounts).
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Adobe CRM, Go to Market, and Customer Science teams to design, implement, and manage CRM marketing plans.
* Utilise customer insights and data analytics to segment audiences effectively and deliver timely, personalised communications.
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences through market research.
* Manage campaign assets through the financial promotion approval process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
* Analyse performance using metrics and customer feedback to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategy.
* Participate in regular stand‑ups, planning sessions, and sprint tasks; present campaign plans and results to stakeholders.
* Build strong stakeholder management to align with broader marketing strategies and business objectives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in consumer marketing, preferably within financial services.
* Familiarity with regulatory & legislative requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and customer insights.
* Knowledge of marketing channels, tools, and techniques required to build effective and timely CRM campaigns.
