Tendering and issuing of contracts for works. Acting as principal designer, good understanding of H&S, CDM Undertaking practical completion visits on a range of adaptations and planned work streams to ensure consistency and quality. Ensuring that a high quality, timely, resident-focussed, and value for money service is delivered.Profile Proven experience within the construction industry, particularly in the public sector.
