Your Role as a Senior at Florinee Alongside providing direct care, you will: Help shape the culture of a brand‑new home Lead shifts with confidence, compassion and clarity Mentor and support Residential Childcare Workers, especially newer staff Role‑model high‑quality, trauma‑informed practice Make sure safeguarding is lived, not just written Support meaningful key work and care planning Bring calm leadership during challenges and change Work closely with managers to grow a stable, united team You’ll still be hands‑on - this is not a desk role - but your influence will be felt well beyond your shift.
