We are looking to recruit a permanent Home Care Support Worker to work within Mytholm Meadows Extra Care Scheme. The aim of the extra care scheme is to support older adults with care needs to live as independently as possible in their own apartments but within a safe friendly environment.
We are looking for a kind, caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives by helping us to meet people’s care and support needs.

A flexible approach to work rotas is needed as we operate between 7am-10pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays. Rotas are planned weeks in advance, so you are able to plan around your own commitments. Enhancements paid for weekends and Bank holidays.
