Job Description
Key Responsibilities for HR Advisor:
* Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure understanding of policies and procedures
* Dealing with and advising on a wide range of ER cases including absence, conduct, capability, and grievances
* Delivering training sessions on HR-related topics
* Drafting invites, documenting outcomes, and supporting note-taking where required
* Analyzing people data related to attrition, recruitment, and sickness
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Advisor will need to have:
* CIPD qualification
* Excellent communication and literacy skills
* Experience in a HR generalist role
* Experience in coaching and advising at a management level
