A leading international law firm is looking to recruit a Managing Associate (5+ PQE) to join its market-leading Real Estate team in Manchester.

The Role
You will take a senior role within the team, managing your own caseload while also working closely with partners on large-scale and high-value transactions.
Your work will include:
* Advising on investment, development, acquisitions and disposals
* Acting on landlord & tenant, asset management and property portfolio matters
* Supporting major regeneration, infrastructure and development projects
* Leading transactions and managing key workstreams from instruction through to completion
* Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
* Contributing to business development and client relationship growth
You will work on projects spanning office, retail, leisure and large-scale regeneration schemes, often involving nationally significant developments.

The Real Estate team is one of the firm’s largest and most established divisions, advising a wide range of clients including institutional investors, developers, funders and major occupiers.
The Manchester team works on some of the most high-profile transactions in the region, combining strong transactional expertise with a commercial, business-focused approach.
The practice is also highly innovative, leveraging legal technology and data-driven tools to enhance transaction delivery and client service.
The Candidate
* UK qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate
* Experience across investment, development, asset management or landlord & tenant work
* Strong technical and transaction management skills
* Experience supervising junior lawyers or leading workstreams
* Commercially minded with an interest in client development and business growth
