A well-established Law firm based on the Wirral has a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team in Merseyside. The ideal candidate would be someone who has previous experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant, however they are open to taking on someone at a more Junior or Senior Assistant level due to them having multiple vacancies. Ideally, you will need a good understanding and interest in Conveyancing for this role. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be coordinating the exchange of contracts for both sale and purchase transactions. Reviewing and reporting search results and mortgage offers on purchase transactions.
Preparing completion statements on both sale and purchase transactions. Salary-wise, the company in question is looking to pay between £23,000 - £27,000 + Benefits (depending on experience). Please contact Lewis Mayo at QED Legal to learn more about this role.
