Salary: GBP 33,000 GBP 40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a proactive and personable Community Engagement and CSR Executive to join our Marketing and Brand team. This is an exciting role focused on building strong local relationships and raising our brand profile within the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and build strong relationships with local communities, residents, councils, businesses, and community organisations Act as the key point of contact between Apollogrid and local stakeholders Plan, organise, and coordinate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities and community outreach programmes Manage local roadshows, exhibitions, promotional events, and community campaigns Attend community events and represent the company in a professional and engaging manner Support local brand awareness initiatives and promote our renewable energy solutions Create and coordinate community:focused social media content
Requirements:
Previous experience in community engagement, CSR, marketing, events, or stakeholder relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and project management abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Experience with social media platforms and content coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and design tools (e.g. Canva) Professional attitude with strong attention to detail Genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability is highly advantageous Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
