About the role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional product quality and technical precision? We’re looking for a Senior Footwear & Accessories Technician to join our team and play a key role in developing footwear and leather goods collections from concept to production.
What you’ll do
* Partner with design, buying, and suppliers to ensure high standards of fit, construction, and performance.
* Drive technical development across footwear and leather goods categories.
* Create and maintain accurate tech packs and specification sheets aligned with critical paths.
* Standardize fits for core footwear styles and oversee wear trials for leather goods.
* Liaise with suppliers on fit, quality, and fabric testing, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
* Approve lab test reports, care labels, and escalate issues to protect delivery timelines.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly to challenges.
* Experience managing supplier relationships and ensuring product integrity.
