Job Summary CDW is seeking a commercially minded, data driven Senior Reward Analyst to support the delivery of Total Reward strategy across the UK and International business. This role supports the Head of Reward in designing, analysing, and delivering reward programmes that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. The role combines advanced analytics, strong systems capability, and a continuous improvement mindset to modernise reward processes and enhance the employee experience. What you will do: Reward Operations and Analytics Deliver analytical support across compensation, benefits, incentives and recognition programmes. Lead data analysis, modelling, and evaluation to guide reward decision making. Produce high quality reporting and insights using BI or other visualisation tools. Maintain and enhance reward reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance. Workday and Systems Act as the Workday subject matter expert for reward, responsible for data quality, reporting, configuration and improvements. Partner with HR Shared Services to ensure data is maintained accurately and used effectively. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and data integrity using Workday and emerging technologies including AI tools. Process Improvement Review and improve reward processes to drive standardisation, simplification and automation. Recommend and implement improvements that make processes user friendly and scalable. Support continuous improvement across the Reward function. Reward Projects Support the Head of Reward in the delivery of annual and cyclical reward programmes including annual compensation cycle, market benchmarking, job architecture, incentive modelling and benefits optimisation. Partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to ensure strong project governance, effective communication and smooth delivery. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners, Shared Services, Finance and business leaders. Translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences. Provide expert advice on reward policy, systems and processes. Work collaboratively across functions and regions to ensure alignment with global reward principles. Deputise for the Head of Reward when required, acting as a key point of contact for reward updates and decision support. What we expect of you: Essential Skills & Experience Experience in a Reward Analyst or Senior Reward Analyst role within a complex matrix organisation. Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel and data visualization skills. Hands-on experience with Workday (reporting and reward modules). Ability to manage and interpret large datasets. Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to shape recommendations, drive decision-making, influence stakeholders, improve the employee experience and continuously improve HR services and outcomes. Strong process mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Clear, influential communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence at all levels and create a narrative to secure business buy-in and adoption. Commercial awareness, business acumen, and strategic thinking. Ability to manage ambiguity, make sound judgements and adapt style to maintain strong relationships at all levels. Possess a continuous improvement mindset. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed Experience with BI dashboards or similar tools. Exposure to international reward programmes. Knowledge of job evaluation, benchmarking and market surveys. Familiarity with AI tools and how they can enhance HR and reward operations. Highly organized and detail focused. Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a proactive, solutions driven approach. Collaborative, curious and keen to use technology to modernise reward.
