We are looking for an HR Change Manager to support a major HR transformation programme, ensuring colleagues understand, adopt, and embed new HR processes, systems, and ways of working. This role is ideal for someone who brings hands‑on change delivery experience and has worked directly on at least one significant HR transformation initiative.
What you’ll be responsible for
* Delivering change activity across multiple HR projects or a medium‑sized programme
* Conducting Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments
* Developing and delivering communications and training plans that support adoption
* Supporting go‑live preparation, hypercare activity, and transition into BAU
* Working within structured delivery environments and applying recognised change frameworks
* Coordinating with programme teams to ensure alignment, risk management, and smooth delivery
What you’ll bring
* 5+ years’ experience in Change Management or Transformation roles
* Direct experience on at least one major HR transformation project or programme
* Experience delivering change in large organisations, ideally global or multi‑country (20K+ employees)
* Strong understanding of change methodologies and structured delivery approaches
