The Role – Behaviour Mentor
This role of a Behaviour Mentor is required for an individual to support and work with pupils with challenging behaviour in KS1 and KS2. This role is required for someone who will be seen by pupils as a good role model, as well as creating a supportive and positive environment for those students to develop good habits and further their learning. Ideally, you will have previous experience with challenging behaviour.
