Working alongside experienced solicitors, you'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Estate Administration, with regular exposure to high-net-worth clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist solicitors across a range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
-Manage your own files under supervision, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent client communication throughout.
-Draft legal documents, correspondence, and forms related to estate planning and administration.
-Liaise directly with clients, executors, beneficiaries, and other professionals to progress matters efficiently.
-Maintain accurate file and case management records, complying with internal and regulatory requirements.
-Contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and supporting continuous improvement.
-Provide exceptional client care at every stage of the process, ensuring a smooth and professional service.
ABOUT YOU
-Previous experience as a Paralegal or Fee Earner within a Private Client department.
-Strong understanding of Wills, Probate, and LPAs.
-Excellent communication and drafting skills, with strong attention to detail.
-Organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied caseload.
-Eager to develop your knowledge and progress your legal career within a supportive environment.
-Legal qualification or CILEx study preferred but not essential.
