A service bed 7 that has an occupancy of 3 at the moment.

What you’ll do:
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
* Drive compliance with CQC standards
* Create a positive culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
* Build strong links with commissioners and stakeholders to increase occupancy
What we’re looking for:
* Experience managing a residential service for adults with learning disabilities/autism
* Proven success with CQC compliance
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence
