This is a field-based/office based role offering autonomy, a professional and supportive environment, and clear progression. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions-not just quick wins.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a personal sales strategy
Generate leads via cold calling, networking & digital outreach
Conduct meetings and close deals through a consultative approach
Maintain CRM records and collaborate with internal teams
What We're Looking For
Proven B2B sales or business development experience
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven and resilient
CRM & digital prospecting tool experience preferred
