B-People Group is retained on behalf of a multinational manufacturer to engage a Sales Manager ideally based remotely in South UK with ability to travel (mostly UK but some international). You will be working with a great team, international stakeholders, and a high level of autonomy.
The focus is on strategic growth of key accounts.
What we are seeking:
* People leadership: ideally some team management experience (size is not important, but you should have led others before)
* Customer: You should have knowledge and understanding of working with / selling into the distribution market, and the key players. This is the top criteria!
* Aftermarket product experience: Very highly desirable
* Industry exposure: Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Automotive, or other aftermarket-focused sales sectors
* Strategic + operational: you’ll need the ability to think critically and plan long-term and be happy rolling up your sleeves in day-to-day execution
Compensation: There are some key variables depending on factors such as location, depth of experience and knowledge vs development into the role. As a guide, I anticipate a benchmark of GBP £80,000-105,000.
