Delivery Services Advisor Delivery Services Advisor Our Dispatch team in Knightsbridge have an exciting opportunity to join their thriving team as a Delivery Services Advisor. About the Role Reporting to the Delivery Services Manager, the Delivery Services Advisor will ensure all customer deliveries are received on-time and any queries arising from these deliveries are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. Responsibilities will involve, dealing with all Courier queries and responding to email requests for information in a prompt manner. Ensuring all special and same day delivery pricing is updated onto the dispatch system daily and liaising with the shopfloor regularly and keeping them updated with their customer deliveries. As well as, ensuring all paperwork is filed correctly and is easily accessible. About You You will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and you will be able to build and maintain relationships with the shopfloor and our external partners. Additionally, you will demonstrate good PC literacy and the flexibility and readiness to work flexible hours/days and demonstrate the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the role.
