Join us as a Key Account Executive and represent the renowned brand SKE. You'll work with grocery, fuel forecourts, and major cash & carrys, achieving targets in distribution, availability, merchandising, brand advocacy, and call coverage. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing tasks and achieving related targets as needed.
Responsibilities:
* Manage assigned territory and build the professional image of the brand.
* Accurately record performance data and proactively share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
* Address and resolve core brand distribution issues, including product availability and out-of-stock situations etc.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within the designated channel, meeting or exceeding established targets.
* Maintain call coverage to ensure effective customer engagement and build long-lasting relationships.
* Promote the brand's values and positioning through targeted marketing initiatives and engagements.
* Research and identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
* Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in key account management, exposure to the tobacco/ Vapes/FMCG industry is desirable.
* A bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
* Flexible approach and willingness to learn.
* Results-focused with strong communication and time management skills.
* Applicants must be authorized to work in the UK.
* A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required for this role. Car allowance and mileage compensation will be provided.
