As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will take the helm of a multi-skilled Customer Relations Team, steering them to success through effective management of inbound and outbound calls and emails from both customers and clients. Your focus will be on quality and performance, establishing improved communication channels to ensure that we consistently deliver the highest level of customer service possible. You'll oversee all customer service activities, ensuring compliance with service levels, and acting as a critical liaison for operational changes while resolving any business issues that arise.
