Learn Devon is excited to offer of a fixed-term opportunity for the role of Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) Team Leader, following the successful appointment of a new Commissioning Officer to lead our Adult Skills Fund provision.
We are seeking a committed and forward-thinking individual to lead our CIAG team and support the strategic development of careers information, advice, and guidance across the learner journey. This role is ideal for someone looking to build line management experience while making a meaningful impact on learner progression and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the CIAG team across Learn Devon
2. Oversee CIAG delivery from enrolment through to progression
3. Enhance learner experiences and outcomes through targeted guidance
4. Contribute to the strategic direction of CIAG provision
What We’re Looking For:
5. Experience in delivering or managing CIAG services
6. Strong leadership and organisational skills
7. A learner-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
8. Flexibility to support evening and occasional weekend activities
This is a full-time role with flexible working requirements to meet the needs of our learners and enrolment processes.
