We are expanding our training courses due to high customer demand and require an additional trainer to join our team.
As an IPAF Trainer, you will be a key member of our specialised training division, delivering high-quality training courses to our customers.
This is a full-time role.
Our training company offers various courses including IPAF, PASMA, Working at Height, First-Aid at Work, Manual Handling, Traffic Marshall, Fire Marshall, Avoiding Underground Services, and Confined Space training, among others.
We seek a person already qualified in delivering IPAF operator and trainer courses, and/or some of the other courses mentioned.
Our aim is to provide further training to help you become a fully trained member of our team, enabling you to deliver more courses within your skillset.
The salary is a guide and will depend on your experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all courses meet the criteria required by external awarding bodies.
2. Provide training to the standards of the business and external bodies.
3. Prepare and deliver training as required.
4. Assist with audits and verification processes.
5. Assist with planning and arrangements.
6. Undertake training assessments and complete documentation within the service level agreement.
7. Maintain up-to-date and accessible training records.
8. Complete a minimum of 30 hours of Continuing Professional Development.
9. Handle all paperwork in line with GDPR requirements.
10. Promote best practices in training and assessment, and pursue opportunities for improvement.
11. Train and assess according to Awarding Organisation standards and assist with other training activities as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* IPAF or PASMA instructor qualification and operating license for at least 2 years.
* PTTLS Level 3 / Award in Education and Training.
* Driving Licence.
* Excellent communication and IT skills.
* Flexible with travel.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Smartly dressed and punctual.
Salary and Benefits:
Between £40,000 and £50,000 per annum plus overtime.
