Known for its beautiful architecture, grand spaces and exceptional service, Ironmongers' Hall provides a memorable experience for both clients and guests, making it an exciting and inspiring place to work.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full sales process from enquiry to event handoverAct as the main point of contact for clients throughout planningHandle and convert incoming enquiries from clients and agenciesWork closely with internal teams to coordinate referrals and briefsAssist in the delivery of showcase events and familiarisation tripsMaintain and update the CRM system, supporting regular reportingCreate tailored proposals and presentations for clientsIdentify new business through research and networkingAttend open days, exhibitions, and industry eventsCollaborate with finance on event budgets and invoicingCoordinate logistics for events as requiredMarketing Support:Assist with creating and curating content for social media, email newsletters, and digital marketing channelsHelp maintain website listings and marketing materialsSupport in the execution of campaigns and promotional eventsMonitor basic campaign performance and contribute ideasPerson Specification:Experience in venue sales, events, or catering is preferredStrong communication and organisation skillsConfident using CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeTeam player with a proactive and positive attitudeInterest or experience in marketing is a plusWhat's in it for you?
