Furrows Group, a respected name in the motor industry for over a century and now proudly employee-owned, is looking to appoint a talented and driven Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in developing and managing corporate relationships across our portfolio of brands – Kia, Ford, Škoda, and Ford Commercial Vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about delivering tailored mobility solutions to businesses, fleet customers, and commercial operators across Shropshire and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify, target, and grow B2B opportunities within local and regional markets
* Build strong, lasting relationships with SME and fleet clients
* Sell a wide range of vehicles including passenger and commercial models from Ford, Kia, and Škoda
* Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to delivery and aftersales follow-up
* Collaborate with internal teams across sales, service, and finance to ensure a seamless customer journey
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, fleet funding solutions, and market trends
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in automotive sales (ideally with fleet or commercial vehicles)
* Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and account management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* A self-starter mindset with the drive to exceed targets
* Full UK driving license
