Role Overview:
As an Executive Recruiter, you will focus on regulatory affairs appointments, working closely with clients to identify and place senior talent. This is a consultative role requiring strong market insight, relationship-building skills, and an understanding of the evolving regulatory landscape.
You will partner with both clients and candidates on strategic hires, building long-term relationships across the regulatory affairs market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the regulatory affairs space
* Deliver retained and contingent search mandates for mid-to-senior level regulatory roles
* Conduct in-depth market mapping and competitor analysis across regulatory affairs
* Advise clients on talent trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies within the regulatory market
* Provide a high-quality, consultative experience throughout the recruitment process
* Network through industry events and roundtables within the regulatory affairs community
* Collaborate closely with senior leadership to grow the regulatory affairs practice
