About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in daily operations and customer service excellence.
Lead and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results.
Manage stock deliveries, place orders, and address customer queries effectively.
Organise staff schedules and oversee performance management.
