Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent
* TA3 qualification or equivalent or relevant experience
Skills and Attributes
* Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable with an understanding of your professional responsibilities
* Confidence in supporting potentially vulnerable pupils
* Committed and dedicated
* Attitude and image: timekeeping, self-motivation, and effective time management
* Ability to adapt style to a variety of situations and people
Experience/Knowledge
* Follow policies and procedures
* Experience of working with young people to provide personalised programmes of support
* Experience in analysing data to identify trends, areas of concern and key areas for improvement (Desirable)
