The role
The store manager is our brand ambassador, responsible for the store’s overall success. You will manage the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

What to expect from the role
* Support and motivate the in-store team daily to meet and exceed KPIs, exemplifying exemplary Pandora customer service
* Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, and ensuring back-of-house activities support commercial success

The successful candidate
Our store managers are brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate is a capable leader and passionate team player, confidently supporting their team to deliver an unforgettable Pandora experience.
Experience with a leading brand or desirable consumer retailing is preferred. Suitable for senior supervisors or current assistant managers seeking growth. We value individuals who embody our core values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
Ideal candidates will have:
