We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Finance Systems team, supporting a portfolio of financial applications and services across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
* Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
* Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear functional and operational requirements
* Produce and maintain high‑quality documentation for systems, processes, and workflows
* Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions
* Conduct research and analysis to assess alternative approaches, including process changes and system enhancements, providing balanced and cost‑effective recommendations
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with finance and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication, engagement, and delivery
What you will bring
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong expertise in finance‑related processes and systems
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
* A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast‑paced and evolving environment
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering value
* Experience working within Agile delivery environments, including user story creation and backlog refinement
* Prior exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials or similar enterprise financial systems is advantageous
