Pegasus Group invites applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. Join our Urban Design team in Bristol to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers valuable exposure and a supportive training environment to start your career.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for candidates with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture or a related subject. We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate:
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to use your own initiative and to think outside the box
Work experience in Urban Design or Architecture would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job with the support from our Graduate Training Scheme.

The Graduate Training Scheme
As a Graduate Urban Designer, you will work closely with the Design team in the delivery of wide-ranging design consultancy services on a variety of projects and schemes. You’ll have the opportunity to support conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs and design strategies on various schemes for developers and private clients. You will gain valuable experience across a range of sectors and clients to support your development.
