Team Leader Brokerage Health and Adult Services

About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Brokerage Service within Health and Adult Services, playing a vital role in supporting adults to access the care and support they need to live independent, fulfilling lives.
This is a key leadership position within a busy and highly valued service. You will lead and support a team of skilled Brokers, ensuring the timely delivery of high quality, outcome focused care and support for adults with a wide range of needs. Working in a challenging and fast paced environment, you will:
* Provide day‑to‑day leadership, guidance and support to the Brokerage team
* Ensure effective sourcing and coordination of care and support packages
* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with care providers and partner organisations
* Respond confidently to complex situations and service pressures
* Actively contribute to service development, continuous improvement and best practice
About you
* Experience of working within adult social care, commissioning or brokerage
* Strong people‑management and organisational skills
* The ability to balance quality, choice and value for money
* A commitment to person‑centred practice and positive outcomes
* Resilience, adaptability and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
