Job Opportunity: Business Analyst
Sellick Partnership is partnering with a well-known organisation based in Tyne & Wear to recruit a Business Analyst on a permanent basis.

The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across the company to provide expertise in business analysis, contributing to change/transformation, business improvement, and IT projects.
The role involves delivering analysis and improvement activities related to BAU and full lifecycle projects.
The successful candidate will understand the importance of customer needs, internal stakeholders, and external business partners.
Requirements:
* Experience with business improvement and analysis tools, techniques, frameworks, and methodologies
* Previous experience in a dedicated Business Analysis role
* Project management knowledge (Prince2 qualification or similar is a plus)
* Strong analytical skills to interpret and communicate complex data
* Experience in Business Process mapping, including 'As Is' and 'To Be'
