Manage infrastructure maintenance through change control processes. Monitor and triage alerts across ticketing and security systems, performing appropriate actions. Ensure all platforms are patched in line with provider recommendations and internal security policy. Rapidly assess and respond to incidents, ensuring service restoration and completion of follow-up actions. Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to boost stability and performance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of secure cloud, network and virtualisation technologies. Share expertise through documentation, knowledge articles and team collaboration.
