Role
You will be responsible for supervising classes of students aged 11-16 during teacher absences, ensuring learning continues smoothly and productively. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons
* Managing behaviour in line with school policies
* Maintaining a focussed and productive learning environment

* Proven experience working with students in a secondary school setting
* Confident, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to classroom needs

* Willing and able to deliver a variety of subjects with flexibility and enthusiasm
