What you'll do:
* Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc.)
* Keep cleaning cupboards organised, clean, and tidy and locked at all times when you are not in them.
* Proactively check for any further cleaning requirements.
* Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
* Report defects and repairs to management in a timely manner.
* Cooperate with the rest of the Sodexo Staff within cleaning and other service lines.
What you'll bring:
Strong written and spoken communication skills, along with a smart appearance and adherence to the provided uniform, are essential.
The ability to work under pressure, prioritize workloads, and maintain a high attention to detail is key to success in this role.
A polite, courteous, and well-organized approach is required, along with flexibility to respond to holiday and sickness cover needs.
A full understanding of site emergency procedures and maintaining diplomatic silence are critical to ensuring a safe and professional environment.
A team-oriented mindset, working well with cleaning teams, supervisors, and management, is essential for effective service delivery.
