About the Role:
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator/ ASM looking to step up into a leadership role.
You will be responsible for the full 360-degree sales process — from generating and converting valuations, securing new business, managing and progressing sales, to mentoring junior staff and driving branch performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting valuations and winning new instructions
* Managing and converting leads to maintain strong sales pipelines
* Negotiating offers and overseeing sales progression
* Generating new business through local networking and proactive outreach
* Supporting the branch team to meet and exceed sales targets
* Delivering a high standard of service to buyers, sellers, and vendors
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven track record in residential sales within estate agency
* Confident in valuing, listing, and closing
* Motivated, professional, and customer-focused
* Excellent knowledge of the Colchester market (or local area experience)
* A natural leader with strong commercial awareness
* Full UK driving licence required
* Competitive basic salary and strong commission potential
* Car allowance of £3,600 per annum
