 
        
        Customer Advisor - Temporary role
 Location: Central MK/Hybrid (2-3 days from home)
 Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Wild Recruitment is delighted to be supporting our fantastic client in their search for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of six months. This is a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact by supporting students and members, while delivering exceptional service in a warm, professional, and collaborative environment.
About the Role
As a Customer Advisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in customer service. You'll handle a variety of enquiries, resolving them directly or liaising with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses. You'll also promote services, events, and benefits available to students and members.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to enquiries related to certifications and membership pathways
Provide accurate information on products and services for students, qualification holders, and members
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Support student progression into membership, contributing to growth and retention targets
Ensure individuals meet regulatory requirements in accordance with company regulationsWhat We're Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous contact centre experience
Ideally web chat experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative team playerIdeally you will be available to start within the next 1-2 weeks and will be available for at least the next six months.
