Role: Administrative Officer – Learning & Development
Location: Remote (must have a suitable home working setup)
Start: 10th November 2025
End: 23rd January 2026
Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)
Day Rate: ~£16.25/ph (inside IR35)
Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive and digitally confident administrator to join a national organisation’s Learning & Development function on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong experience in admin and LMS platforms to play a key role in supporting internal learning programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage learning events and training bookings using an LMS platform (Oracle Learn).
* Maintain accurate training records and support reporting activity.
* Provide full admin support: organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
* Act as a first point of contact for learning-related queries.
* Support digital communications promoting learning initiatives internally.
* Process financial data, including invoices, purchase orders, petty cash and card transactions.
* Prepare and maintain accurate management information reports.
Requirements:
* Strong experience using Oracle Learn (or similar LMS platforms).
* Previous administrative experience in Learning & Development or People/HR teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Comfortable managing sensitive data and producing reports.
