Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a UK leading Upvc window and door manufacturer based in Stoke on Trent, who are looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to supervise a team of fabricators on the day shift.
The right candidate with have recent / current experience as a Production Supervisor/ Team Leader / Senior Fabricator within the upvc window and door industry.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage, motivate, supervise and support your team
2. Implement behavioural safety and standard operating procedures
3. Oversee and coordinate daily production activities
4. Ensure production targets are met within the specified time frame
5. Train and supervise production staff
The Candidate:
6. Have a background within the upvc window and door fabrication
7. Previous experience as a production supervisor / team leader
8. Be able to manage and motivate a team
9. Excellent communications skills
10. Be able to work under pressure
11. Must currently reside in the UK
