Cleaning Manager - Belfast City Centre

Location: Belfast City Centre, BT2

Hours: 30 per week, Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Pay: £14.70 per hour

Contract: 3 months (potential for extension)


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee and support our cleaning operations in Belfast City Centre. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a small team, ensure high standards of cleanliness across the office building, and maintain compliance with contractual requirements.


Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards.
* Take a proactive, hands-on approach to support daily operations.
* Conduct audits in line with contractual obligations.
* Organise schedules and allocate tasks effectively.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met at all times.
* Communicate professionally with staff and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate
1. Proven experience as a housekeeping or cleaning manager.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team.
3. Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
4. Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
5. Able to start immediately and commit to the specified hours.
